Kristin Buta is a proven expert.  She’s a second-generation Realtor® and having been in and out of the Real Estate profession since 1993, she naturally understands the dynamics of Real Estate.  In 2003, she moved to Salt Lake from Phoenix, Arizona and loves to call the Rocky Mountains her home.  

She left a long-standing leadership career in healthcare to open her own business. She helps her clients gain stability and long-term wealth in real estate and loves to make a positive impact in the community.  She’s dedicated, analytical, organized, and loves helping her clients.  Her family owns a custom home build company and has developed homes and neighborhoods for over 40 years.  She can often be found walking properties and talking to contractors.  She uses her experience to empower and broaden her clients’ outlook on real estate. 

Kristin created Vox with the philosophy that her clients always come first, and she takes pride in doing the right thing.   She works with everyone and helps build customized plans to that helps you achieve your real estate goals.  Real Estate is a passion for her, she lives and breathe it every day.  She doesn’t just help other purchase and sell homes - she believes in real estate.  Along with her extensive real estate credentials, Kristin’s background in repairing Medicare plans and marketing lends notable qualities to her expertise; she thoughtful, determined, and eloquent, fine attributes which assist her as an outstanding expert and professional in her field.  She is a National Women's Council of Realtors member and a Grievance Committee member on the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  She is active in the community and has hosted hundreds of events over the last +15 years.  When she is not working, she likes to go camping, taking photos, restoring her 1965 Thunderbird, and spending time with her family.
