Kristin Deveraux is a proven expert in the real estate field. As a second-generation Realtor®, she has been involved in the profession since 1993, giving her a deep understanding of the dynamics of real estate. In 2003, she relocated from Phoenix, Arizona, to Salt Lake City, where she happily calls the Rocky Mountains her home.

After having a successful leadership career in healthcare, she decided it was time to leave Corporate America and open her own business in real estate.  Kristin is dedicated to helping her clients achieve stability and long-term wealth through real estate investments and takes pride in making a positive impact within her community. Her family has owned a custom home-build company for over 40 years, where they developed several homes and neighborhoods. Kristin frequently visits properties and collaborates with contractors, using her experience to empower her clients and broaden their understanding of real estate.

Kristin founded Vox Real Estate with the philosophy that her clients always come first. She takes pride in doing the right thing and works with a variety of clients to build customized plans that help them achieve their real estate goals. Real estate is her passion; she lives and breathes it every day. She genuinely believes in the value of real estate. Her thoughtfulness, determination, and eloquence make her an outstanding professional in her field.

Kristin is a licensed broker in the state of Utah and one of the Top 500 Realtors with the Salt Lake Board.  She’s a member of the National Women's Council of Realtors and actively serves on the Professional Standards Committee with the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. When she’s not buying and selling homes you can find her volunteering, cooking, spending time outdoors, or making memories with her husband and their family.
